Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our preserved flower and home decor products, all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

However, if a mistake was made on our side, we will gladly arrange a replacement after the original item is returned to us.

2. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, we are unable to issue a refund.
If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend the order to the correct address, but additional shipping fees will apply.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

All products are inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Description of the issue

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

4. Custom / Handmade Products

Some of our products are handmade or prepared individually.
Because of this, slight variations in colour, size, or design may occur and are not considered defects.

These items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

If a replacement needs to be sent due to customer error (such as wrong address), the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
